We are a real shop that has been trading for over 20 years. Occasionally we will be out of stock of your item, if that is the case we will contact you with the advised delivery date, you can then either cancel your order (all money will be refunded within 2 working days) or place your order on back order.

Sometimes we have to repack items either because they come to us multi-packed or sometimes the box/packaging is not sturdy enough to offer protection to your purchase(s) in shipping, we always use recyled boxes to cutdown on waste.
